Tobacco Road 27 Club Tribute

Kahra & the Miami Myth opened (Patio Stage) and closed (Cabaret Stage) a Saturday Night tribute at Tobacco Road to famous musicians who died at age 27. Kahra started the set dressed as Amy Winehouse (complete with bouffant) to sing "Rehab". The set continued into Kahra's original music with Kick em' to the curb, Lovesick, and Luv u rite when Kahra changed into a brunette to channel Janis Joplin in "Piece of My Heart". The set finished with Rob B leading vocals in Nirvana's "In Bloom" as a tribute to Curt Kobain. Kahra and The Miami Myth got a camera interview after the first performance by Resistance Television and will be aired on their station. Special thanks to DJ Oski, Chris Reyes, Queen of the Scene and Miami Myth players Yamil on Keyboards, ReyJ on drums, Richard Rojas on bass, and Rob B on lead guitar and vocals. RIP famous rockers-- may your music continue to inspire all of us!! Photobucket
